Steve Guttenberg portrays Pecos Bill, the “King of the Cowboys,” in this rooting’ tootin’ epic. There, Bill lassoes a cyclone to save the state of Texas from drought. His heroics become campfire legend, pricing that selflessness and bravery are never forgotten.
