WAN-YEE receives a phone call from MEI-WAH, and YAT-MING enquires about MEI-WAH's current situation, leaving WAN-YEE puzzled. After WAN-YEE asks YAT-MING why, YAT-MING shows her the photos he took for MEI-WAH in the subdivided flat. With KAN KIT and SAU-FONG hiring SHING-HONG to renovate a small unit of a tenement house, WAN-YEE hopes that SHING-HONG would let her design the interior of the unit which MEI-WAH is going to move in to, so SHING-HONG tells WAN-YEE and YAT-MING to each submit a draft design to him. Finally, KAM-FU agrees to let HAK-KAN handle the real estate project with Mr. KAM.
